What is negligence?

Incurring such professional negligence will involve a professional civil liability, that is, the obligation to compensate by means of compensation for injury caused to the victim.  Common physical negligence occurs when a surgeon operating a patient does not respect conditions of injection and does not perform safety requirements during a surgical procedure (which may be simple or reckless).

Medical negligence is an act or omission by a provider of medical care that deviates from accepted standards in the medical community causing injuries to the patient. In short, the medical malpractice is the physical damage by negligent care.
